Ayam penyet-smashed fried chicken is Indonesian East Javanese cuisine , fried chicken dish consisting of fried chicken that is smashed with the pestle against mortar to make it softe r, served with sambal , slices of cucumbers , fried tofu and tempeh . In Indonesia penyet dishes , such as fried chicken and ribs are commonly associated with Surabaya, the capital city of East Java . The most popular ayam penyet variant is ayam penyet Suroboyo .


There was few dozen of different franchise name stand for Ayam Penyet in klang valley , Which one the best ? I can't decide because myself haven't try out all the ayam penyet franchise around klang valley , and today I been invited to try out this Ayam Penyet Best that located in Summit mall , USJ .


There was few type selection of sambal from slightly spicy to very spicy , Commonly Indonesian and Malaysian love spicy on every dishes that they having as same like me . Beside the sambals They also have ingredients to companion the Ayam Penyet for Presentation as a complete dish on it .


Fresh half boiled Marinated chicken soak into Ayam Penyet Best special paste flour that makes the chicken much more crispy on the outside .


Deep-fry chicken in oil over medium heat till cooked through and lightly golden brown .


The " Crispy " fried flour is one of the best part while having it with rice .


Slightly Smash the chicken with a wooden mallet , and you will heard The crispy sound " krunchhh-krihhhh " .


Served with rice, raw Long bean & Cucumber ,Tempe and Beancurd as a side dish , companion with super hot sambal chilli .

Ayam penyet is commonly found in Indonesia , Malaysia and Singapore . It has recently surged in popularity across Southeast Asia , where various chains of franchises has opened selling the dish along with other Indonesian delicacies . It is also known for its spicy sambal, which is made with a mixture of chilli, anchovies, tomatoes, shallots, garlics, shrimp paste, tamarind and lime juice .

The Big Bowl Curry Noodle that famous and viral on social media now days , known as KL 巨無霸咖喱 !!!  A BLOG that i read that said they went for few time for this giant bowl curry noodle but fail to taste it on their first few time visit . New Boston Restaurant @ Klang

Found this well-known restaurant As Shop Lot at Jalan Kapar, Klang. My Fren brought us there for dinner. It's not far from Damnsara, only about 20 minutes drive (If Not Jam) .Located opposite KWSP, EON Bank and Kamdar. Same row as Wisma Lembaga Tabung Haji. it is worth travel all the way to Klang for their seafood. They have quite a number of signature dishes  like 'Sheung Tong' La La, Tapioca Noodle, Mantis Prawn et cetera.. New Boston Restaurant have been existence for many years.We Wait our Dish for Half hour to 1 hour for all our dish that we order been served on the table...my fren said that if u come at 6PM to 9PM will be alot of ppl waitting for table and waited their dishes atleast for 2 hour..
