This brisket needs to be cooked long and slow about six hours to reach its flavour potential until it’s deliciously tender and infused with incredible flavour. Serve brisket with Pumpkin Mousseline andSauteed French Bean.

Chef Zazalee bringing more than 25 years professional experience, prior to Table Talk, he had served reputable 5-star hotels in Europe and Asia such as The Savoy Hotel in London, Glenllo Abbey in Galway in Ireland, Radisson of Brunei, Meritus Pelangi, Langkawi and many more. He was formally trained at distinguished Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and was one of the guest judges on a well known cooking show entitled MasterChef Asia.
When Chef Zazalee is not in the kitchen, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, fishing with a motto “catch and released” yes! he fishes too as this is his way of meditation and to relax his senses in dealing with busy and hot kitchen life. His resume boasts numerous experiences that make him a more than a qualified fit for Table Talk. We are looking forward to serve you with the delightful cuisine invented and cooked by Chef Zazalee.

Chic, cosy and welcoming, Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur’s all-day dining restaurant; Table Talk managed by Salt & Spice (International) Sdn Bhd and was officially opened on 16th January 2019. Entwined with a lounge café concept, Table Talk offers a dizzying choice of food option. From local specialities to Chef’s favourites; prepare a la minute from the show kitchen or featured on the a-la-carte menu, the restaurant comfortably seats 160 people for that occasional ‘MY OWN’ celebration or dinner party.
