Finally the day is here , We purposely drive from Kuala lumpur to PeNAng to run this marathon that happenning on 22 November 2015 and luckily it only takes four hours drive , We booked a Semi-D homestay  at Sierra Vista Bayan Lepas for three days two nights . we plan to explore Penang as well since we are here for three days . marathon registration been made few month back and tour been planned well by me to fullfill the time for during we exploring Penang .

On this trip we stopby at ipoh for breakfast before continue heading back to penang and stopby ipoh again when we heading back to Kuala Lumpur from Penang  .

The Race started at 6.30am for men and 7am for women , everyone here was early for warm up or stretching before the race started . the race begin infront of eastin Hotel and finish at infront of Queensbay Mall .

Beginning on run I was fast but won't last long , during the race I walk more than run and my leg starting giving me warning sign of cramp gonna happen soon when I was at 6km , Luckily there was Salonpas Promoter Spray Pain Relief for cool and relief my muscle .

I make it to the finish line and used 01:40 minute for 10km but my leg started to cramp when I'm on the way to collect my Medal and I was the last one among my friend...hehe
